Adventures!

Here are some pics of the adventures that we have gone on so far! It has been a blast!

This is the building that I live in for the month, there are dogs everywhere - they are like deer over here!

This was like a food court that we got breakfast at one day - very cool - also where I ate chickens blood!

The McDonalds guy bows! It was good to see a familiar face my first day out and about :)

We met my Aunt and her boyfriend for a dinner show, which was really cool, and then went out to the night market. There was so much stuff at the night market it made me overwhelmed!

This is a pic of just a section of the night market, it was huge! And so many different kinds of things. They also had a vendor with a big tank of fish and my aunt and her boyfriend stuck their feet in them and the fish would eat all of their dead skin off! No way was I going to put my feet in there, it was hilarious to see their reactions!

This is a picture of Chiang Mai Baptist Church - we went to on Sunday morning. It was a very cool experience, it was all in Thai so Pi Ann was translating most of it to Ryan and I. It brings in a great community of people.

This is a picture of The Light, which Pi Ann and Pi Sinn started in a coffee shop not far from the church. It brings in all types of people from different churches throughout the city and unites them together for a Bible study as a group. It is a time of worship and community. I really enjoyed being a part of The Light, they have asked me to share my story one Sunday, so definitely be praying that whoever needs to hear my story will hear it!
